25 years ago, the Danish-Norwegian pop band Aqua released the song "Barbie Girl". Now the cult doll experiences an unexpected comeback and conquers the world of interior design. The set building of the upcoming Barbie movie reportedly even led to a global shortage of the famous pink color. German manufacturers Objekte unserer Tage and Victor Foxtrot incorporated the color as one of their brand’s signature hues.
